These Terms of Use apply to each WIMA website, page, directory, verification tool, form, event page, certification page, country or program profile, report, publication, downloadable material and related digital service that links to or presents these Terms.

By accessing or using WIMA digital services, you agree to these Terms. If you use WIMA digital services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

WIMA Role and Website Scope

WIMA is an independent international professional association supporting standards, education, research, verification and responsible practice across the investment migration sector. WIMA does not act as a government authority, regulator, visa office, citizenship unit, court, tax authority, financial institution or investment manager.

Use of this website does not create a client relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, attorney-client relationship, immigration representative relationship or government service relationship with WIMA.

WIMA may update, remove or revise program information at any time. Program content should not be treated as final instructions, filing advice, an offer, an invitation to invest, or a representation that any route remains available to a particular user.

Membership, Certification and Verification Tools

WIMA verification tools and directories may display limited information about members, firms, certificates, credentials or status records.
