Eligibility
The principal applicant must be at least 18 and pass the statutory application, due-diligence and source-of-funds process.

Investment or income mechanism
National Development Fund contribution from USD 230,000, or an approved real-estate investment from USD 300,000 held for at least five years.

Approved business investment requires at least USD 1.5 million for a sole investor, or a qualifying joint investment totalling at least USD 5 million with at least USD 400,000 per investor.

The University of the West Indies Fund option begins at USD 260,000 for a family of six or more, subject to the current programme terms.

Residence and family conditions
Family
Published dependant categories include a spouse, financially dependent children up to age 30, specified disabled adult children, dependent parents or grandparents aged 55 or over, and an unmarried sibling, subject to definitions and fees.
